I came across this tweet, and this Rick fellow sums up tRump’s worldview very nicely:

I think it means that Trump either likes you or he don’t.
If he likes you then your actions have no bearing on his idea
of you. If he doesn’t like you then no matter what you’ve done,
you’re bad. It’s not more complicated than that. He’s not a
damn oracle picking good or bad.
