26. They have no desire or plan to find those kids. Their intent was maximum suffering.

The TRUMP plan is almost always that there is no plan. I think the only plan, in this case, was to inflict maximum suffering on those kids and parents. As a parent of three, I can attest that separating my wife and me from our girls would pretty much be the worst pain possible.
