The doctor was probably providing steroids to Jordan and his wrestlers. Jordan has proved that he will lie,cheat and bully at every turn to get what he wants. If the steroids gave OSU a competitive advantage and made the team and Jordan look like winners I believe he would have been all-in.

The doctor probably had them over a barrel. I don't blow the whistle on you and you don't blow the whistle on me. He must have had leverage on them or else he would have been let go immediately.
