As I said, you can try to exclude people, but you could as easily exclude people who will vote the way you want them to, as oppose to the way you DON'T want them to. And that presumes they were going to show up at all. You can TRY to change their votes after the fact, but the window of opportunity is small, and without the direct cooperation of the people handling the machines, you may not get much of a chance until it's to late. And as I say, you'd have to pull that off without leaving a trace. Worse, since these states were expected to go for HRC, if they saw evidence of tampering, their first reaction may have been to call foul and demand an investigation. You know Walker's people would have.
You're basically into conspiracy theory land here. Either a tremendous amount of people were involved, or a few people were absolutely perfect in what they did. I usually advise that one not attribute to brilliance, that which can be explained by stupidity.
