35. Gee ... I misunderstood the reference ...

At first I thought it Romney Hood meant a place like Flint, Michigan or some slave-factory in China.
Or maybe a condition of well-being, as in aspiring to Romney-Hood.
Then I thought it might be a covering for an empty vessel, like some heads. Variant: Romney-Hoodie
Finally I realized that they were Referring to Romney Hood, the merriest of the merry men. I guess that fits because in Sherwood the trees are the right height to block your view of the forest.
