I personally think she has ambition and eventually want to be in leadership.

And, a way to do that is to help get people elected that will support her, in return.

It's strategy. Pelosi's done it. Schumer's done it. Daschle did it. Plenty of people do this. When Rahm Emanuel was in Congress, he did it ALL THE TIME.

Remember when Obama was the political neophyte and Clinton was the experienced candidate? Remember when people told him to wait his turn?

Remember the fierce urgency of NOW?

Yes, this is messy. It's uncomfortable. But our political landscape and climate has changed. We'd do well to try to work with, guide, and support our future leaders. Cause they ain't going anywhere.
