281. Democratic President and a Democratically controlled Senate

It is "our" folks up to their eyeballs in the whole mess, including the pile of garbage law building in this same direction.

I fail to see much substance when all roads lead to losing even the most minimal pretexts of the most basic of civil liberties without any checks or oversight.
Not to mention removing accountability from power in disastrous ways to be felt down the miserable generations this pitiful mentality cannot help but to fertilize and APPROVE.

Once we are no longer secure by law in our persons, have no expectation of privacy, can be killed on an unchecked, unaccountable, and unquestionable word; when there is no longer a need for open accusation much less a trial, when the military may sweep citizens off the street never to be seen again until "The War on Terror" is over then what reasonable expectation is there to any other ponies being dangled and by what lever are things moved within this dynamic?

Remember, all basis for accountability has been removed and those that are putting all of this in place aren't even catching hell and what they do get is on one hand dismissed as fringe nuttery, blamed for all losses over the last fifty years, and ignored from a policy stand point.

This is the base, without these civil liberties we are stray dogs not citizens nor people nor do we even rise to the level of cattle unless by chance we have some special monetary value.

Whipped cream, nuts, and even a cherry won't make a sundae on top of a bowl of turds nor will it make the fetid mess swallowable.
