41. Chasing in a bulldozer was stupid

If it really was a chase. Unless the fleeing perp was in a wheelchair, it’s not likely that the bulldozer could have ever caught him. Unless the perp did something really stupid, like try to hide in the path of the bulldozer and electing not to move out of the way when he was about to get run over?

If your going to pronounce something to be criminal, maybe back it up. Show me the relevant sections of PA Crimes Code and explain how it was a crime.
