Trial balloon released by Trump (why isn't poisoning or information and cyber war not coming out of that meeting)

I usually just catch a subthread get stuck trying to post on a phone then I go to top of another forum stuck on another sub thread I wouldn't do a told you so because I didn't even think Trump would be foolish enough to double down on another summit.
