You'll love it!
My favorite thing about Costco is the quality, more than the prices. I think food costs less at my regular (cheap, outlet-style) grocery store, but when you buy something from Costco you don't have to worry that you're overpaying for quality.
There are a few exceptions in the grocery section--the precooked bacon is a staple at our house, the tortillas are a fantastic bargain, and they just got Coke Zero (woo hoo!). Good deals on prepackaged snacks for lunchbags, like granola bars. And I do think the prices are lower than at a regular grocery store. But the really great prices, I think, are on OTC medicines (and I bet at the pharmacy too) and toiletries.
I'd love to hear what other people's favorites are!
