YOU STEAL THEIR CHILDREN and then try and deem them INELIGIBLE to get their own children back?

I will remind people that THEY HAD A PILOT PROGRAM for STEALING CHILDREN.

A Pilot Program that NEVER INCLUDED A REUNIFICATION PORTION.

Because, they NEVER INTENDED TO GIVE BACK THESE CHILDREN.

So, I want to make that absolutely clear.
