If Gates, for example, backs up that this planning meeting took place, and Trump was either there or on the speakerphone, and/or if there are phone records that could corroborate, etc.

Cohen's unlikely to have physical proof, but if testifies under oath to this effect, and there's ANYTHING else to corroborate what he's saying ... Dumpie ain't gettin' out of it.
