60. IMHO

America was teetering on the precipice when the boneheaded right wing electorate decided that that orange moron would be the person best to represent the GOP as it's standard bearer and elected that whole ass as their nominee. We fell into it when good people accepted the notion that challenging trump's election as a fraud was just "sore-loserism" and that we "should just give him a chance" with the utterance "how bad can it get". We now know that trump got assistance from putin, many of us believe that actual vote totals were changed, many gave trump and chance, and now it's terrible and getting worse. Despite this we still have a good number on the left failing to recognize our current situation and still willing to find some sort of middle ground with this disease infecting our country and spreading rapidly around the world. What kind of situation are we in? We are in a civil war and there can be no compromise with evil. Our democracy isn't in danger, our democracy has collapsed. No my friend, we have already fallen into the precipice, and with this only two choices are left: fight or submit. Both choices require a sacrifice. Should one choose to fight, one will have to sacrifice their comfort, should one choose to submit one will have to sacrifice their morality. As for me, I'll keep my morality.
