I had an injection of reconstituted amniotic tissue into my left shoulder about 7 months ago.
I had recurrent pain before and now no pain whatsoever. The function has improved dramatically
I haven't had any post treatment x-rays or MRIs. Why should I?

However I didn't have a cartilage issue. Cartilage is very difficult to regenerate.
But don't give up totally.
