14. There's no law prohibiting recording in the White House, as far as I know

There are laws, regulations and procedures about recording in certain restricted areas of the White House, such as the Situation Room, and any other secure area designated as a "SCIF" where recording or electronic surveillance is strictly forbidden at all times. Most of the White House is not designated as a SCIF.
