40. Dumb question

I know Trump and Hillary Clinton are both public figures, but at some point, aren't his claims that she committed crimes civilly actionable? He is making claims he knows are not true, which meets the criteria for slander and libel. It just seems, regardless of her being a public figure, that at some point, there is a legal case. Especially to shut down his facebook and twitter feeds.

I would assume that falsely accusing someone of a felony is against Facebook and Twiter policy, right?
