14. Monsanto absolutely knew its product was hazardous to human health

Our system being the way it is, corporations can be held accountable for the disease, misery, and death they inflict on citizens only in a civil court. Nobody will go to jail for Dewayne Johnson's murder, Monsanto might get nicked for a few dollars 7 or 10 years from now (while getting a tax credit each year for the money it holds in reserve to pay any judgment), and there will actually be people defending Monsanto's murderous practices in the court of public opinion.
