Certainly into the high 30s.

Keep in mind the scenario: If released it would logically happen during the meat of the campaign in mid to late October, with Trump on the stump every day for Republican candidates in tight contests. That would be the nightly spotlight.

Then suddenly if the nightly news and all the cable news programs are running a tape of the president using a racial slur of this magnitude, no kidding the nation stops to talk about it, at the water cooler and everywhere else.

There is no way to ignore the impact, just because his base is racist already. I realize Americans aren't great are looking forward and gauging how something will play out in a different environment, but it's beyond silly to dismiss how awful this would look for him.
