You nailed it. Greed is the culprit. This old hippie has seen lots, lots of death, dying, wills, estates, testates, probates, unclaimed property, etc. This was the money of the WWII crew and what crumbs were left by the so called middle-class are pretty much spent and gone.
This leaves behind a new and wealthier 1%. This same group contains both middle-aged and very old (late 80s). The amount of wealth held by this few has managed to contaminate society as a whole.
In the end they are finding themselves tucked away in a nursing home or some such place as they live out their nest egg that funded their American Dream, a dream that needs to be rewritten and modified to include one country for one people, the American people who by an unwritten nature welcome those from everywhere as we are everywhere from what can be seen today.
It is a sad forbidden reality for those sheltered arrogant few and yeah, they can go right on ahead and go fuck themselves, not me, in the process of trying to connect the fragments of a deranged mind. No thank you. Peace.
