(4 posts)There are multiple reasons why I won't eat at Chick-Fil-A.
One: they aren't even in my state.
Two: Fast food is not real food.
One point that is being conveniently and most likely deliberately left unstated/understated in this entire nonsense regarding this wannabe "restaurant" is that this is about more than the fact that the loser that owns that dump is an obvious and proud homophobe.
Someone like him would gladly refuse to hire a gay person simply based on their sexual preference. At that point, he is breaking the law. He can say that he has never done such a thing until the cows come home. But someone who would come right out and say what he has, would have no problem breaking the law and firing someone or not hiring them to begin with simply because they are gay.
People can boycott whatever they want. Do I feel that they should vandalize their "restaurants"? No.
I also feel that their employees should not be screamed at by people who are angry at the owner's stupidity. They are just the employees. They are not the ones who shared their hatred for the gay community.
