They'd had a bit of discussion of co-conspirators and such, and then said they'd go live to his speech, because he was scheduled to talk about coal, for which they had a commentator on the line. So we heard '...the word gestate. Like when you're cooking a chicken. Time. Time. Turkey for Thanksgiving ...'.

I really thought until now I'd misheard 'gestate', and it had been 'baste' or something.

Then presenter then came back in, saying "OK ... he's talking about ... turkeys. Umm, we'll move on ...".

Someone recently compared Trump speeches to awful imitations of Joyce's Ulysses - a stream of consciousness from someone with barely a coherent thought in their head. What happens in his mind that when he says "gestate" in a sentence, he stops, associates it with cooking, and then tells thousands of people about that, knowing it will be reported around the country and world? Even the rabid audience don't want stuff like that - they wanted to be told its was OK to burn coal, and given a 2 minute hate of Hillary, Mueller or whoever.

They Trump has never been an alcohol drinker. He sounds permanently like the crap you come up with after a whole evening drinking.
