12. yeah... I really feel for the pain of the person who wanted to die... but

I feel sad that this still haunts you 23 years later. She must have been in such agony to want to die, and to be willing to die that way, but if you're still remembering it this vividly, I can't bear to imagine how the driver of the truck that hit her must have felt and maybe still feels. So sad for everybody involved.

It was indeed heartless of her, but I suppose anybody in such terrible anguish just isn't able to consider the feelings of anybody else. How awful.
