22. They're both dead to rights.

The more that I think about it, since they named so many "individuals" Duncan may have an impossible case to defend, since they can ask the individuals on the stand whether or not the various outings he had with them were campaign related. Obviously they would not have charged him if the witnesses said they were campaign related.

The wife could make excuses like "I didn't mean to use the campaign card for the airline flights, it was saved on the computer," etc. But her written explanation for the expenditures are extremely damning. She could claim though that she "doesn't remember" and "handles flights all the time," etc.

I still think they both plead guilty for 2 years or something. Maybe even flip for Muller if they have something on Trump (unlikely I know, just throwing it out there), since that seems to be everyones escape route. Feel bad for the kids if anything, their parents are criminal scum and terrible examples.
