15. I don't see a reason not to do it. For whatever reason, pressure...justice...getting it right...

...finishing what they started...etc.. If it's clear they have evidence to convict, I bet they will...for all the same reasons they started the prosecution in the first place. Might be a shorter trial this time around so why not?
