Whether that trial will take place probably depends on the verdicts from the DC trial next month.

It costs them nothing to file the intent to retry, really, so they'll do that, I'm sure. But, if they get a strong guilty verdict in DC, there probably won't actually be a new trial.

That's my estimation about this.
