191. My respect is this: He rejected the attacks on Obama publically and clearly.

He said no to the ignoramuses and stated that Obama was a honorable man and citizen while Trump along every other Republican either echoed Trump or remained silent to get the racist white supremist vote. Unlike Cadet Bone Spurs, he served honorably under extreme cruel tests of his patriotism. While I don't agree with some of his stances, I believe that he provided fair assessment to the opposition. Republicans are displaying their hate filled souls as usual. Unfortunately, they have become a major threat to our nation and are destroying the very base of our democracy: Out of many one

The motto chosen by the founders of the Republic were acutely aware that while we may have differences we must respect those differences and never allow them to destroy the foundation upon which the nation was founded.
