7. I don't think the damage can be reversed unless the Democrats that are elected in 2018

and 2020 put special emphasis on expanding the number of judges on the USSC to overcome the USSC and federal judges appointed by Trump and the Electoral College provision is removed from the Constitution. I'd like to see a retroactive provision that at least limits federal judgeships to 18 years.
