...I will always remember he counseling Sam Numberg when he was on that night ranting about Mueller. At one point, Sam said his farther was upset with him about all this stuff and Maya said "Maybe it's because he understands you might be spending Thanksgivin in jail". The look on his face. It actually seemed to be a turning point and from then on, during the course of that insane day for him, he actually started to dial it back.

Not sure it's true but I think she saved his ass.
