Our current King (Harald V of Norway) learned to use a bike, in the hallways of the White House as he, and his mother and the rest of the royal family was guest of FDR when they first arrived to the US... And it exist a few pictures I believe, where he (a 5 year old) is being learned to bike - not less by the US president.. Our late King Olav V, who then was crown prince of Norway, had befriended FDR when they was on a sort of "official/un-official" royal visit in the "Norwegian colonies" in the US in 1939. And our Crown Prince and FDR was really getting along, and as a result, when germany invaded Norway in 1940, FDR invited our crown princess - and the royal family to USA, where they could be safe.. And they did, our king have often spoken about how great it was to be in a country, where he could more or less live as a normal kid. And he have also as crown prince, and later as King, making it a priority to have good friendship with the US.. Even when "W" was president.. As he know, president comes and goes, but relationships is forever..
So you Do have some classy presidents over there
