When Trump took Graham golfing one weekend, he told Lindsay to support him or else!
It is pretty well thought that Lindsay is gay, and no doubt Trump had knowledge of it, and that he could hold it over Lindsay.

It is a shame that all the time Trump has been against McCain, his friend Lindsay has never uttered a word.
