I just googled "donald trump is the greatest president ever" and got this:

The first five results were about just that - not satire or The Onion or Borowitz. Genuine articles about how great trump is and how he would be regarded.

On the flip side, here's result 6: Obama Tops Public's List of Best President in Their Lifetime.

But, hey, trump got five whole results about how great he was. His aides now just need to adjust the font size so that all he sees are the top five results.

What a small, small man he is.
