Ford had an alternating vertical stripe pattern. Also the dimentions are different so I doubt they were reupholstered.

Obama changed the rug, couches and coffee table from what I can tell. Simple and contemporary.

Bush Jr's office in 2006...

Clinton's office in 1996...

Bush Sr's office in 1991... $$$$$$$$

Regan...

Carter(Carter didn't change anything) - Ford...
