I'm guessing the success rate on something like this is low. The chances of it happening here, are probably close to zero. It's not as if they can make an argument that a different location would result in less people who know about Manafort.

But the lawyers need Billable Hours, and like any other motion, there will be pages and pages to be written and submitted, because at this point, EVERYTHING has to be thrown at the wall, since desperation is setting in.
