15. Nixon does not know what she is doing.

Gillum on the other hand is impressive. He is a Democrat with actual experience. He also has charisma, and from what I have seen so far seem to be able to bridge the gap between the sander's wing and Hillary's wing. He is unique in that regard. He was a delegate for Hillary, was on her short list for VP.

He is also pushing for some of the more progressive positions that Sanders was championing. As an aside, many of these progressive positions such as universal healthcare and $15.00 minimum wage are part of the democratic platform.

During the primaries he not only did well in his area around Tallahassee but he also ran up Broward county and other areas that were suppositely the strongholds of his opponents.


This tells me he is pulling voters that the other dems did not touch. This bodes well for November. This morning g he was being interviewed and made a point to mention the Puerto Rican community who settled into Florida after leaving their devastated island. He is likely to get their vote.
