80. I live in NYS. Cuomo passed legislation to raise the miminum wage

through a series of increases (NYC will be at $15 this year; other regions will be at be at $15 by 2019-2021), and state and city university is now free for low and middle income full time students. Cuomo has had a very effective term, and he speaks to the needs of all residents.
