For putin now, and trying to pr this to con more people into believing his BS, and lies. Indictments of some people really close to him probably going to happen very soon, and he's scared to death he'll be exposed more, and will , and a lot more people will turn on him, and if they haven't already , they will knowing he would on them if given the chance.
