Further, Democrats (some of them anyway) want Medicare EXPANDED, not raided ie: Medicare for All. And - ACA made Medicare solvent for another 10+ years - GOP & trump have now destroyed that. GOP want to cut/gut it and Social Security to pay for their goddamned tax scam.

So who's raiding it? GOP of course.
