I'm a little surprised that McCain wanted him at the services---Kissinger and Nixon deliberately extended the Vietnam war for political purposes, added yards and yards of names to that memorial in D.C., and lengthened McCain's stay at the Hanoi Hilton. Fuck that old bastard.
