Over the decades. He truly thinks that if you're not rich, you're not as good as he is... Heck even if you 'are' as rich or richer you're not.

They're so desperate to keep their hate, fear and ignorance alive that they voted not only against their, and our country's, best interest but for someone who sees them as peons, rubes, etc no better than the dirt beneath his feet.
