28. I'm thinking Pompeo because the Op-Ed references a flip-flop within a week on something.

Remember recently when Pompeo was going back to North Korea and the night before he was supposed to go Dear Leader (ours, not theirs) called it off? Nikki Haley is a good guess, too, but she's separated a bit from the day-to-day batshittiness (new word) by being in New York much of the time.
