I have never seen Trump look more terrified and desperate than he did tonight trying to explain why he is a great president as his own senior officials turn against him publicly and the walls close in tighter each day. We have a true sociopath as president. #25thAmendmentNow

It is now undeniable that every Republican senator and congressman knows exactly how dangerous and demented Trump is. If these elected officials fail to speak up & stand up now -- and they won't -- they consign themselves to a place alongside the worst appeasers in history.

Just a side note: Lindsey Graham has gone from being a nebbishy nobody to one of the most repugnant human beings imaginable. Fascinated by his descent.

There is zero chance Trump makes it to 2020. Consider how grim it looks for him today. It will get worse tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that. It's all downhill for him from here. I'm feeling better about democracy surviving.
