13. When I worked retail back in the '90's, I was polite, worked hard, and had a good attitude.

So every once in a while, some smarmy guy would approach me in the store and say something like: "You seem like a real go-getter! I'd like to run some numbers by you and see how you'd like setting your own course, being your own boss. How does that sound?"

Ugh!

I sent them packing pretty quickly. Even the ones with a hot wife. She was obviously bait to hook the sucker.
