That happened here south of Jacksonville, FL. When the hurricane arrived 2 years ago, all stores and restaurants were closed, if you could even get to them, because streets were flooded.

Jugs of water work just as well in the freezer if you don't have enough food to fill it.

Add alot of ice and those gel packs they sale in the grocery stores to freeze if you are diabetic
