In reply to the discussion: Dallas officer charged with manslaughter [View all]Basically the cop always get the surprised excuse. See the case in Georgia where the high school student opened the door holding a Wii controller. The cop in NYC that shot the man in the stairwell. Blacks are the tip of the spear, but cops can kill us all with little accountability. I think she would have shot a white man under this same set of conditions. Unless she has a clear racist past, you can't ever prove otherwise. I hope they can sustain a manslaughter charge, but history isn't promising.
