I think if and when we regain control of Congress we need to increase the SCOTUS to 11 justices.

I think the filibuster was anti-democratic from the git, and should have been gone long ago.

50% plus one vote would certainly win, but only a plurality is required in nearly all the states. nt

Impeachment requires a two-thirds majority in the Senate. Expansion requires only a simple majority
