Who cares if he's promoting it? Everyone else who writes a book gets to promote it so as far as Starr is concerned, let him have at it.

The important take-away to me is that Starr is pointing out that Giuliani doesn't know what he's talking about. I love it when Republicans attack one another. Discord on the Right works in our favor.

Besides, on this point, Starr is probably correct and a president can be subpoenaed and indicted. The whole navel-gazing legal discussion is inside baseball. If the president has committed crimes, he'll be held to account one way or another. I predict that if Democrats retake the House and begin honest investigations of Trump and his administration, some Republicans will come around when it's time to vote on impeachment because the criminality well be so blatant.

More importantly, I'm not going to buy Starr's book and I'm confident you won't, either.
