They cannot dictate what brands people can and cannot wear. Not everyone has the ready cash to go out and replace footware or wardrobe, so this will not stand up to legal scrutiny.

I sweat this shit is getting out of control. One man, kneels silently and respectfully, and the whole country loses its GD mind.
