Some of the best people alive are alcoholics and drug addicts, so as long as he is in recovery and does not drink AT ALL, then I wont hold this against him.

There is plenty of other reasons he should not be a judge, at any level, anywhere human beings are involved.

If he drinks AT ALL now then whoa, talk about a fucking problem.
