1) Conyers voted for the payroll tax cut, which the poster previously claimed as proof that Obama wanted to destroy Social Security.

2) Framing the Medicare savings as cuts is RW talking point when it has been pointed out over and over again that these are not cuts to benefits.
I mean, everyone knows that the RW talking point that the President cut Medicare benefits is bullshit.

But for the most part, the budget is similar to the administrations September 2011 deficit reduction plan and recoups the greatest savings from drug rebates and modernizing provider payments to achieve greater efficiency.
