15. I wonder if Collins' request to have Kav's lawyer question her is scaring her.

It would be bad enough to have the Senators question her.

Of course Collins' suggested that Ford's lawyer question Kavannaugh, but all he has to say is "I don't recall" or "It wasn't me".

At first I Collins was just posturing, but it could have been a scare tactic with the veneer of getting at the truthiness.
